Welcome! I believe that the most important factor in therapy is a strong relationship between the counselor and client, and I appreciate you taking the time to get to know a little about me here. I work hard to cultivate strong relationships with my clients from all walks of life based on trust and understanding. My goal is to help each person I work with get “unstuck,” by identifying the patterns they get trapped in. I hope to help each person experience the highs and lows of life while still pursuing the things most important to them.
