The amount that you pay varies depending on your insurance plan. Information about your specific financial responsibility can be obtained through your insurance company. We make every effort to help you understand your portion of your bill at the time of your appointments. Please be aware that you will be expected to pay your portion of fees at the time of your appointment.
We are contracted with various insurance companies such as Wellmark BCBS, United Behavioral Health, Midlands Choice, Health Alliance, and Cooportunity Health.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We request that patients pay their portion of charges at the time of service including any deductables, coinsurance, or copays. The amount you pay varies depending on your insurance coverage. Cash, check and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
