Typical Treatment Approaches:
I have a relational style and I utilize effective, evidence-based approaches for various presenting concerns especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Assessment or Evaluation Specialties:
Neuropsychological evaluations for adults and older adults with cognitive concerns or memory problems, AD/HD evaluations, and psychological/personality evaluations for individuals 18 and older.
Clinical Areas of Expertise:
Anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, hoarding disorder, identity concerns, multicultural issues, and LGBTQ+ issues. I enjoy working with individuals ages 18 and older, and I have specialized training and education in working with older adults (age 65 and older) in both treatment and psychological assessment.
