Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I am a registered nurse as well as a therapist. I have experience working with the spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, and psychotic disorders. Because of my nursing background, I often approach mental health issues from a bio-psychosocial perspective. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial in restoring mental health, and strive to meet clients where they are, working with them in achieving physical and mental health to improve their quality of life.
